Build and own the customer pipeline for a company transforming coastal protection into a continuous, adaptive service. You'll engage with government agencies, resort developers, and infrastructure partners across island nations and coastal regions worldwide. • ·5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships - ideally in infrastructure, climate, or government sectors
• ·Proven track record building customer relationships and closing deals
• ·Comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments including government and multinational partners
• ·Entrepreneurial mindset - excited to build processes from scratch and grow with the company
• ·Passion for climate tech and coastal resilience

Design and deploy autonomous surface vehicles (ASVs) and distributed robotic systems. You'll work at the intersection of robotics, marine systems, and automation to enable our technology to operate across coastlines worldwide.

• ·3+ years in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or distributed systems engineering
• ·Experience with marine or outdoor autonomous systems a strong plus
• ·Proficiency in ROS, embedded systems, or real-time control software
• ·Hands-on experience with hardware integration and field deployments
• ·Willingness to travel for installations and a drive to solve hard problems with global impact
